Knitspotting Gnomes

Today is rainy and cool, I put on a cozy sweatshirt for the first time in months. There are fallen oak leaves on my lawn and it's dark and mysterious outside. It feels very gnomish today. My free Gnome Children pattern has been downloaded more 1,000 times on Ravelry and here on our blog. It is so fun to see how knitters around the world put their touch on these little folk.

Look at JoyfulGypsy's rainbow gnomes-

The variegated yarn adds a nice dimension.

And the face on Melanie's little brown gnome is so sweet!

And I love the way SunDaughter posed her gnomes and alternated cap colors.

If you'd like to make some gnomes of your own, check out my post here or the pattern page on Ravelry.
